Consulting is part of the global Ciptanet International
network of public sector management professionals providing
leading-edge advisory and consultancy services, management
and governance training, research and publications. We work
for a variety of clients and stakeholders, including
national and sub-national governments, bilateral and
multilateral development organizations, civil society
entities, research organizations, private sector entities
and other organizations across the public, private and
social sectors. We are strong believers in the ultimate
resilience of decentralized systems in the public
and private sector. We promote efforts to decentralize
political and administrative systems to guarantee that
people have a voice in decisions taken on their behalf.

advice, strategic planning, preparation and implementation
of training and capacity development interventions, and the
implementation and evaluation of public sector reform
initiatives. In decentralization and local governance (DLG),
our expertise covers the full cycle of DLG reforms,
including policy formulation, functional assignment and
sector decentralization, institutional reforms, fiscal
decentralization and financial management at the
sub-national level, capacity development, and monitoring and
evaluation.
Maintaining
close links with public and private sector clients,
internationally recognised universities and research
institutes, and social sector entities, we pool the
network's professional and linguistic resources in
Asia-Pacific, Europe, Australia, and Northern America
for providing tailor-made international training
programs and services in a wide range of issues, like
decentralization and local governance (DLG), public
sector capacity development, governance and public
sector management issues, public financial management,
privatisation and commercialization, and change
management in the public and private sector.
